Netball and Softball

I was intrigued by a story I stumbled across the morning.  There is a movement in the UK to make Netball an Olympic sport. I had no idea Netball existed and wanted to learn more.  More research revealed that Netball is a women’s sport and derived from women’s basketball. Over 70 countries have Netball leagues - wow.

The rules of the sport are pretty similar to basketball, which makes me believe that the athleticism needs to be just as rigorous. What do you think? Should Netball be included?

On another note, Chicago is known as being the home to softball. Do you think softball should be reinstated in the Olympic and Paralympic Games for 2016?
